We have one Executive Leadership Team across the Federation, which has a key focus on: leading, school improvement priorities, monitoring staff development and teaching and learning.
Each school has a School Leadership Team comprising of the Executive Leadership Team members for the school, the SENDCO and the Resource Provision Manager. The School Leadership Teams ensure the smooth day to day running of the schools and also have a key focus on pastoral support and behaviour.
Together, we form the Federated Leadership Team and work together to improve provision and outcomes for pupils by sharing resources, systems and good practice across our schools.
